Terms of Service

Magic Motion provides text-to-3D character animation in the studio, through the API, and through connected agents such as ChatGPT. By creating an account or connecting an agent, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Credits are the meter for generation. Studio, API, and connected-agent generations spend the same credit pool. A generation that fails before a motion is delivered does not keep the charge. You are responsible for prompts you submit and for apps you approve to spend credits on your behalf.

Animation files are delivered for you to download and use in your own work. Do not use the service to infringe someone else's rights, to impersonate a real person without permission, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend access that abuses generation capacity or attempts to reach another customer's motions.

The service is provided as available. Model output can be wrong or unusable, and you should review a motion before you ship it. Questions: admin@magicmotion.ai.
